Return Policy

In Store Purchases:

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of the original purchase.

Returned items must be in sellable condition.  This means the item must be unopened and in original packaging.  For clothing and plush items, original tags must be attached.

If your item is missing a part, please contact us.  We may direct you to contact the toy company directly, as many of our vendors will replace missing parts at no cost to you.  Sometimes, we can contact a manufacturer on your behalf (they all have different policies)

New items that appear to be damaged (upon opening, for example), can be returned for a full refund.  In these cases, please save your receipt and bring it with you.

Online Purchases:

To facilitate a return, please call during our posted business hours.  Please have your receipt handy, as this contains your order number.  We will make arrangements to issue a return shipping label.  Once we receive the item and find it to be in sellable condition as described above, we will issue you a refund.  

Gift Card Purchases:

Refunds for purchases made with gift cards will be in the form of either a new gift card or credit added to the existing gift card.  Refunds for purchases made with gift cards will not be made in cash.

NOTE:  Some items are non-returnable.  These items are clearly marked in the product description as "all sales are final".  If you see this in your item description, please call us during normal business hours if you have questions about the item.  We will not accept returns on these items.

REGARDING FRAUD:  If our card processors suspect a fraudulent purchase was made via this website, we will be contacting you via email to provide proof of your identity.  If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will automatically cancel your order.  We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order which we suspect of fraud without contacting you for proof of identity.
